BRIDEZILLAS - BEAUTIFUL ACCESSORIES IN ONE BRIDAL BOUTIQUE

Bridezillas is a gorgeous Bristol boutique jam packed with all the finishing touches for your wedding outfit.

Whether it's exquisite jewellery and headpieces, elegant shoes, luxurious lingerie or even beautiful gloves and frivolous petticoats, you won't be able to resist this Aladdin's Cave of sparkling accessories.

Bridezillas is owned by Amanda Davis-Harrison whose own wedding sparked her passion.  She found it hard to find beautiful accessories and, with each item taking a long search, Amanda soon realised the ideal would be a gorgeous bridal boutique, with everything under one roof where brides and their bridesmaids could relax, have fun and take the time to choose and try things on.

Opening the boutique gave Amanda the opportunity to create stunning headpieces and jewellery through her own collection, Abigail Grace Designs.  Her brand has gone from strength to strength and Amanda has plans to expand and concentrate on more new luxury designs, unique to each bride.  Abigail Grace Designs offers a bespoke service using a bride's heirlooms and vintage pieces, which can be incorporated into a headpiece or piece of jewellery.

Bridezillas now also offer a stunning luxury dress range - Eliza Jane Howell - the ultimate in 1920's boho glamour.

Amanda and her team like to treat all their brides like princesses as they choose the final touches to their wedding day outfit.  They take great pride in sourcing and delivering the best available products whilst creating a luxurious shopping experience and believe that this winning combination means there's absolutely no need for the modern bride to turn into a diva after all!

Winning Best Bridal Accessories for 2014 & 2015 at the Bristol & Somerset Wedding Awards, cemented Bridezillas reputation and their premises in Brislington is an oasis of bridal beauty where brides and their friends can enjoy the bridal shopping experience in a relaxed environment and feel truly special.

Bridezillas are here to help you find the perfect wedding jewellery and accessories to reflect your unique style and personality and, with a vast range of products from hand-picked quality designs, along with their own bespoke Abigail Grace Designs range, you're sure to find the right sparkle for you!

Once you've seen a selection of Bridezilla's range at the Wedding Fair you'll be queuing up to book your appointment at their beautiful boutique!

MISS JONES - CELEBRATE YOUR UNIQUE FEMININITY WITH EXQUISITE COUTURE LINGERIE

If you're looking for something really special for your wedding night or honeymoon Miss Jones lingerie is the perfect answer!  Miss Jones is luxurious handcrafted wedding and honeymoon lingerie, created from a love of sensual fabrics, fine detail and vintage glamour by costume designer Jacqueline Jones.

Jacqui says "I wanted to create a collection of beautiful, delicate, highly decorated pieces that create  a special blend of English Rose femininity and sensuality.  Miss Jones lingerie is flirtatious; empowering each woman to create a sense of tease with her own style, to enjoy her sensuality and express herself with her lover whilst looking and feeling irresistibly beautiful and confident."

Jacqueline trained at The Bristol Old Vic theatre school in Bristol  A theatrical costumier who has styled period dramas for film and television, the collections are inspired by the luxury and sensuality of grander times.

Photographs of burlesque starlets and actresses from the silver screen of the 1930's & 1940's cover the walls of Miss Jones studio and it is this romance with the past that influences the designs.

"I adore luxury lingerie and the opulence and romance of Bridal couture.  I think it is important for the Bride to think about the sensual moments she will share with her newly wed, both on her wedding night and honeymoon ... this can often be overtaken with planning the big day and keeping guests happy!

I set up Miss Jones as a luxury bespoke lingerie company where true luxury comes from having something made especially for you by hand, with the utmost attention to detail.  I use traditional couture skills to create the pieces, and offer a true personal service."

Her Bridal, Honeymoon and Boudoir collections include beautiful garters and sensual lingerie and each piece is carefully made by hand from luxurious fine silk and French leavers lace, perfectly embellished with real Swarovski crystals, beads and pearls and finely appliquéd embroidery.

"Making lingerie for the Bride's boudoir trousseau is so special.  This is her time for sensuality.  Because after a day of being dressed up and in the spotlight, this is a time for the bride to wear something soft and luxurious, a little flirtatious.  The designs mix tradition and romance with  touch of playfulness".

You can also hold a Miss Jones Evening for yourself and your friends, giving you the opportunity to take a closer look at the whole collection and get a discount on your purchases.

PHOTOGRAPHY FROM THE FAIR

I always say that it's the exhibitors that make the fair and this year it was more beautiful than ever.  It felt a bit like walking into a fairytale and I was spoilt being surrounded by so much gorgeousness!

We were lucky enough to have the brilliant Pete Cranston acting as our 'official photographer'.   Pete spent most of the day, camera in hand, capturing the essence of the fair on film and, I think you'll agree, the results are pretty amazing!

I'm really thrilled to have some photos of my own Bristol Vintage table to add to the portfolio.
The flowers are by the super-talented Kirstie of Ruby and the Wolf.

I can't tell you how much I love  Lisa Keating's beautiful corsetry and dresses.

Miss Jones Lingerie

Set the scene for your wedding night and honeymoon with vintage-inspired luxury lingerie by Miss Jones.

French-based designer Jacqueline Jones is behind every item of the newly launched Miss Jones lingerie collection. A theatrical costumier who has styled period dramas for film and television, the collections are inspired by the luxury and sensuality of grander times – think vintage, think couture.

Jacqueline decided to set up her own label after designing wedding garters for individual clients who wanted something unique and personal to wear on the day and but also as a romantic keepsake afterwards.  Jacqueline says, “The wedding garter combines all the things I love - history, drama, romance and tradition.  It’s the most playful addition to the wedding attire; but if crafted beautifully, can also be an elegant keepsake, a family heirloom.”

With the addition of matching pasties, panties, soft bras, eye masks, and silk-tie-ups, the brand identity began to take shape and Jacqueline now has eight mini collections all designed with a luxurious wedding night or sumptuous honeymoon in mind.

“Making lingerie for the Bride’s boudoir trousseau is so special.  This is her time for sensuality.  Because after a day of being dressed up and in the spotlight; this is a time for the bride to wear something soft and luxurious, a little flirtatious. The designs mix tradition and romance with a touch of playfulness.  I think my favourite pieces from the collection are the Bridal Pasties, which are made from French lace Cherub motifs mounted onto soft leather.  I think they are so sweet and so much fun, and so unexpected.  I imagine the Bride smiling to herself as she thinks about changing into them later that evening. A truly personal moment”

You can find more Miss Jones Lingerie on her website, Facebook page, Pinterest and follow her on Twitter.  You can contact her direct on 0033 565599258 or email her at enquiries@missjoneslingerie.com but do make sure you come and meet her in person at next year’s Fair.  She’s coming over from France especially for us and has been working on a new piece to launch on the day as well as a competition!  There’ll be a sexy kimono-style gown that makes a lovely cover up if you’re not feeling quite so daring and a chance to win one of her most luxurious wedding garters, ‘Charlotte’. Come along and see these gorgeous designs for yourself. Celebrate your femininity, be confident, be sensual; be Miss Jones.
