BAKE MY CAKE - BEAUTIFUL BESPOKE WEDDING CAKES!

We are excited to have Emma of Bake My Cake back with us at the vintage fair as her designs and skills have to be seen (and tasted) to be appreciated!

Emma admits that she was baking obsessed from an early age, baking all kinds of goodies, mostly sweet, from puddings to pastries. With a degree in Catering and Hospitality Management and further work as a commis chef through to a kitchen manager, Emma knew that food was where her heart was!

Emma became self taught in creating sugar flowers and these have become a bit of a trade mark on her cakes. They are incredible and so delicate that it's hard to believe they are not real sometimes!

Emma can create beautiful dessert tables with cake pops, iced biscuits and cupcakes that will wow your guests and be a photographers dream to capture! She holds consultations at her kitchen studio where you can taste different flavours as well as gluten free options.

Emma will sketch out the design for your wedding cake, working with your ideas, designs and budget. Your cake can be contemporary or traditional, grand or elegant, one flavour or different flavours on every tier. We are big fans!

Pretty Amazing Cakes

These Pretty Amazing Cakes are all designed by Anne Gliddon.  Specialising in fine baking, Anne uses only the very best ingredients to handcraft cakes that are not only pretty to look at, but utterly delicious to eat.

Whether it's a romantic floral wedding cake you’re after or a classic elegant cake with a sprinkle of vintage glamour, Anne provides a high quality bespoke service with that all-important professional and friendly approach.

Based in Horfield, Bristol, Anne will work with you to create a wedding cake that’s designed to your personal specification so that it perfectly compliments the theme of your special day. The exquisite handcrafted sugar flowers you see in the pictures are another speciality of Anne’s (she’s a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and has been taught by Royal Cake Maker, Fiona Cairns!)

All Anne’s designs pictured here can be adapted to your particular wedding theme. You can book a free, no obligation consultation with her by calling 0117 9243036 / 07791 208 754 or emailing: prettyamazingcakes@gmail.com. Her website and Facebook page are a must for more gorgeous pictures of these clever creations, but do make sure you come and meet her at our next Fair.  Anne will be bringing plenty of samples for you to try and she’ll have some fabulous cakes on display to really help inspire you.

Anne’s cakes are featured regularly in West Weddings and she’s currently working on a Spring/Summer cake collection, some of which she’ll be bringing along on March 10th
Don’t miss meeting Anne in person and asking her all about these scrumptious cakes.

As Anne says,  Every important event needs a cake, and your cake is important to me, from the initial design, through to the careful baking and time spent in perfecting the finish to create the cake of your dreams.  I hope you will find my designs inspiring and I look forward to creating a bespoke cake for your special celebration.”
