De Winton Paper Co is a boutique design studio based in Devon that specialises in modern calligraphy, fine art wedding stationery and decorative illustration.  Launched in 2015, Harriet de Winton has created beautiful stationery and artwork for many weddings and photoshoots and her collections can be seen on her website.

I only take on a limited number a year to ensure a high quality service and finished product.  You can personalise your suite further with packaging extras: personalised wax seals, ink stamps, twine tags ... just get in touch on the contact page to let me know about your big idea and we can take it from there."

From a name card to an order of service, to a table plan, to a bespoke reading written on a wall hanging, Harriet creates the most beautiful pieces that are sure to wow your guests. 

As well as creating unique and beautiful products, Harriet also runs workshops for those who would like to learn calligraphy, brush lettering and watercolour painting.

DE WINTON PAPER CO - BEAUTIFUL HAND PAINTED STATIONERY

Earlier this year I met up with a fabulous lady called Harriet de Winton who had been recommended to me by my friend Kirsten (aka The Little Wedding Helper) to talk about rebranding my other business as a massage therapist, which I’ll be blogging about soon.

It was so great to sit and chat with Harriet  - I felt like I’d known her for years as she has such an easy manner, but she’s also really professional and totally ‘got’ my vision for the business.  To be honest with you, I was dreading the branding process.  I’m not good at getting across what’s in my mind and I really did wonder what on earth Harriet would make of my ramblings about how I wanted it to look.  This lady is so talented though, I knew I was in safe hands as soon as we started chatting and I am so incredibly pleased with the results I really want to tell the world about her.

An illustrator and designer, Harriet set up her design studio, The de Winton Paper Co specialising in elegant watercolour hand painted stationery for weddings and every day.  Her inspiration comes from a unique wedding gift to her parents which hangs in their family home - a guest used their wedding invitation as the canvas for a watercolour landscape.  Recognising what a beautiful and unusual idea this was Harriet began creating for family weddings and The de Winton Paper Co was born.

With a broad range of gorgeous styles pre-designed by Harriet, choosing your wedding invitation couldn't be easier but if you want something unique to you Harriet  offers a bespoke service and can transform your wedding invitation into a beautiful and original artwork. A talented calligrapher, Harriet's stunning lettering can elevate your stationery into something truly magical.  And, just for fun, she also offers on the day accessories such as 'Wedding Speech Bingo' and guest comment cards.

But her work isn't just for weddings - a hand painted card for any occasion or just a special message can be kept, framed and cherished forever.

THE VINTAGE INVITE - BEAUTIFULLY PRINTED, VINTAGE INSPIRED STATIONERY

We're very happy to welcome The Vintage Invite to the fair for the first time.  Matching fabulous original artwork with the finest letterpress printing, they make extraordinary wedding stationery. 

Save the date cards, invitations, RSVP's and even table plans, can all be created in fully co-ordinated suites to give your wedding a stylish look that's totally unique to you!

Take a look through their store to find a design that suits your style, choose your colour scheme and then make an order.   

Alternatively, you can 'go bespoke'.  After a meeting (or even a Skype call!) to really understand your ideas, the guys from The Vintage Invite will put together a moodboard of images, illustrations, typefaces and colours to inspire you and start to bring your concept to life.

Once you've agreed the final design, proofs will be created and you can follow the steps for the off-the-peg stationary with your own unique design!

Lizzy-May

Bristol Vintage is excited to introduce you to Lizzy-May.

Lizzy-May is a wedding photographer and a designer of wedding supplies and wedding stationery.

A former wardrobe mistress, Lizzy loves working with fabrics, reclaimed buttons and all things vintage and colourful, to create quirky and one-of-a-kind wedding stationery.

She likes to craft pieces which complement the entire look of each wedding. Each new design is approached as an opportunity to create something memorable and personal for each couple, something to make their guests say, “wow!” 

Whether it's a table plan, menu, invites, RSVP's or bespoke place settings, Lizzy is able to incorporate design elements from any style or theme, ensuring her stationary is exactly what you're after.

And with her experience as a wedding photographer and love of unique weddings, Lizzy's eye for the aesthetically pleasing makes for some pretty gorgeous photos too.

Rachel Goodchild Designs

We’re delighted to welcome back Rachel Goodchild to our Bristol Vintage Wedding Fair.

Rachel is a designer specialising in vintage-inspired contemporary paper goods. Her product range includes giftwrap, greeting cards, journals, gift bags and boxes. She’s been designing since 2000 and originally sold her products to the wholesale market, but as her reputation grew, a retail business was added. She now has many and varied customers throughout the United Kingdom as well as the States, Europe & Australia. 

These gorgeous giftwrap designs have been featured in The Sunday Times Style Magazine, Homes and Antiques Magazine, Vogue, Country Homes and Interiors, Coast and Country Living Magazine, as well as in The Pattern Sourcebook by Drusilla Cole. 

Rachel is also the brains behind The Wedding Blog Designer. She has a range of bespoke wedding stationery, journals, blogs and decorations that she’ll be bringing to this years’ Fair. 

With her Wedding invitations, she can incorporate personal photographs and wording into the wedding design to create a bespoke invitation. They’re a fantastic idea. Each invitation is full colour front and back, and each order delightfully and individually vintage.

Her wedding blogs are a wonderful on-line resource available for the wedding couple and their guests too. No more bits of paper falling out of your wedding invitation, instead you can use your wedding blog to include everything; the wedding list, details of the church and reception venue, maps and directions, local accommodation and transport, contact details, details of the stag and hen nights, and a display of wedding and honeymoon photographs.
