THE SUPERS - GETTING THE PARTY STARTED!

Introducing to you, the wonderful ‘The Supers’, new to this year's fair, with an array of music to delight your ears.  Offering wedding and function entertainment they provide perfect music for every occasion. From Jazz, Swing and Soul, to Funk, Pop and Motown there will be something for everyone. Lead singer Molly King has a voice to die for, as she croons away to classic ‘50’s ballads, as well as upbeat swing hits.

The Supers can provide a range of entertainment from an intimate Jazz Duo, to a  fantastic 7-piece Funk Band, and can be available for the entirety of your event – to gently sing the bride down the aisle, or get the party rocking with hit covers on the dancefloor in the evening. The Supers can also offer DJ music for dance fillers in between their live music, a full PA system, which can be used during the day for speeches, as well as a full lighting set to add visual delight to the already buzzing atmosphere.

With a highly impressive resume, the musicians of the Supers are sure to be a hit with your guests having worked with the likes of Jools Holland, Hans Zimmer, U2 and Marcella Detroit amongst many others.

BABES IN THE WOODS - CHAMPAGNE HEN NIGHTS ... WITH A TOUCH OF THE WILD!

But don't let the 'outdoors' scare you - you'll learn about ancient survival skills while wearing your best dress & feather boa - you don't have to dress in camouflage gear!  The Babes' ethos is that you have fun as you learn how to create fire, build shelters and find out about wild food.  Remember those childhood sleepovers - well this is 100 times more fun - spending the evening laughing and dancing by the camp fire, under the stars, being served rustic gourmet out-door cooked lunch and dinner and then sinking into your bed in a cosy furnished Californian bedroom dome ... or even sleeping out in your own hand-crafted shelter if you're feeling brave!

Lilac Hour

Bristol Vintage is delighted that Lilac Hour will be performing at our next Fair.

Bristol based singer Joanna Swann and guitarist Nick Pullin are established top class musicians who have been working together professionally for the past 25 years. As well as their live performances – playing on radio and in prestigious venues such as Ronnie Scotts and The Lyceum – they work as songwriters and composers and have had music released worldwide in film and advertising.

Lilac Hour perform an extensive range of songs from the 1930's through to the 1970s. With such timeless classics and a beautiful, sophisticated sound, they are perfect for every occasion.

Tempering their set to suit your needs, they can be booked as a background duo of guitar and vocal and/or augmenting their sound with some pre-recorded rhythm tracks to give a fuller instrumentation if desired. Just take a look at this YouTube clip for a delicious taster.

The Tender Trap

Bristol Vintage are delighted that The Tender Trap will be performing at our Fair.  They’ll be playing their distinctive repertoire of classic songs from the 1940s through to the 1970s, mixing and matching old and new, giving everything their very own lounge-tastic twist.

The Tender Trap trio was formed in January 2011 by Joanna Swan, Ruth Hammond and Tammy Payne - all well-established vocalists and musicians in their own rights. With their luscious three-part harmony arrangements [with drum and keyboard accompaniment], they make a sound unlike anyone else around.
