THE WILDE BUNCH - BRINGING THE OUTSIDE IN!

We're so pleased to have Claire Nicholson with us again at the Wedding Fair.  Claire is the creative brains behind the brand and has been a florist for 25 years, training and working with the Royal Horticultural Society and International florists in London and Holland.

At the cutting edge of floral design in the South West, The Wilde Bunch specialise in wedding flowers and large scale events from The Cotswolds through to Devon and Dorset.

I've always loved Claire's unique style - there really is a wildness to her designs which also gives them a fabulously vintage feel.  She can do anything from the grand to the intimate, from bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, banqueting halls to barns and floral crowns.

Claire's knowledge of flowers is encyclopaedic and she can also tell you exactly what the flowers you choose mean - she tells me daisies express purity, loyalty and patience, and pure white rose buds mean everlasting love - a love stronger than death. So if you want your flowers to have meaning behind them she can help you there too.  She works on wedding and events all year round and her website shows floral designs from winter through to spring.

Claire works from a barn, where you can find her, with her dog Boots (featured on many a photo shoot!) and uses amazing props like aged wooden crates and milk churns and really is one of the most imaginative and hardworking florists in the business.  I love her constant enthusiasm, endless creativity and the energy she puts into new designs.

Take a look at Claire's website and blog to see examples of her work ... oh and you might notice that her latest blog post features Kerry Katona's wedding flowers!  How exciting!

Claire's motto is 'Bring the Outside In' and that's exactly what she does - so if you're looking to add a touch of the refreshingly wild to your wedding flowers then have a chat with Claire on the day.  You won't be disappointed.
