Lilygrace Originals

For beautiful, original jewellery with a vintage twist, look no further than Lilygrace Originals.

Owner and designer Hazel Mathiot describes her pieces as handmade wearable art and these 30s and 40s inspired creations are one-off collectible pieces you’ll want to treasure.

Inspired by American designer Miriam Haskell, Hazel hand makes each piece with love and care. With her new website up and running, you can take a tour of her current collection which includes a gorgeous range of earrings, pendants, chokers, cuffs and necklaces, each sumptuously made from a beautiful array of corals, glass beads, embroidery, vintage silks, lace, organza, freshwater pearls and rhinestones.

What’s so lovely about each item is that they come with a little story.  Click on any of her designs and you get a detailed description of how its been made and what precious stones she’s used. Each pair of earrings, each necklace, each choker has a whimsical name and once bought, they’re sent to you packed in a complimentary organza gift bag.

Halfway between fine and costume jewellery, Lilygrace designs are playful, romantic, lustrous, delicate and dainty; think Belle Époque and Showgirl; think roses and teardrop pearls.

We’re delighted to welcome back Hazel to this year’s Fair. It’s great news for visitors too as you get to chat to her – Hazel specialises in commissions!  She can design a unique piece for you to go with your dress or for the bridesmaids, perhaps in your favourite colours and stones or incorporating a family heirloom.  She’ll also be bringing along some gorgeous handmade items for you to coo over. We’ll see you there!

The Marionettes

The Marionettes are a Bristol based 1940s 3-part harmony trio.

With a passion for music and classically trained, Sophie, Charlotte and Katie choreograph every song – think The Andrew Sisters meet The Puppini Sisters – and will tailor their set to your requirements.

Singing predominately 1940s songs, they will slip in the odd 50s or more modern ballad a la Amy Winehouse, if it’s in keeping with your theme.

You’ll be able to see just how much they love performing when The Marionettes feature at our next Fair. They’ll be singing twice on the day, so while you enjoy your tea and cake, you can sit back, relax and be swept away by the show.

You can find out more about The Marionettes on their website, Facebook and Twitter. For a little taste before the Fair, check them out on YouTube, but don’t forget you’ll be able to meet and chat to all three Marionettes on March 10th – don’t miss it!

Piece of Cake

Finding unique wedding favours is a Piece of Cake!  With a gorgeous handpicked array of individual, handmade favours that will suit any wedding theme or budget, Piece of Cake have got it sorted.

Owner, Leanne Hemings, has brought together a collection of beautiful gifts, focusing on handmade with a vintage twist. Think vintage decorated bags containing chocolate drops in a variety of flavours; Belgian dark, white, milk and strawberry or perhaps some mini mocha beans instead. How about cake pops made with handmade chocolate or vanilla cake, mixed with a rich chocolate or vanilla ganache and then hand-dipped in Belgian chocolate? What about pocket mirrors, personalised magnets, hummingbird charms, 3D heart gift tags, tea cup candles, heart shaped boxes of mints and the very sweet seed packets of love?

With a background in TV and design, and a team of talented creatives, Leanne ensures that every piece is something that she absolutely adores.

Piece of Cake launched to great success just over 6 months ago, so do take a look around their website. There’s the shop, of course and if you‘d like to contact Leanne, there’s a form on the website or you can email her direct at info@pieceofcakehq.co.uk or call 07710 270 422 (she’s absolutely lovely).  Don’t forget to check out the blog as well and join the mailing list.

And you must come and meet her at our Fair. Leanne will be bringing along her vintage-style bestselling place-names and tags and will be showcasing some of her fabulous new range of vintage-inspired favours.
